Dress code, parking, children, gifts: some questions simply come up every single time. In the FAQ you answer them once and your guests find everything themselves. For a birthday the section already comes prefilled with four fitting example questions, and all you need to do is add your answers.
Adjusting the prepared questions
Open Abschnitte → FAQ (Sections → FAQ) and expand Fragen (Questions). The number behind it shows how many entries you have. These come included:
Was ist der Dresscode? (What is the dress code?)
Was kann ich mitbringen? (What can I bring?)
Sind Kinder willkommen? (Are children welcome?)
Gibt es Parkplätze? (Is there parking?)
Click a question and write your answer into the “Antwort” (Answer) field. You can use bold, italics, lists and links here, a link to the venue's website works nicely for example.
Adding and sorting your own questions
Click on “Frage hinzufügen” (Add question).
Fill in “Frage” (Question) and “Antwort” (Answer). As long as the question is empty, the entry in the list is simply called “Frage 1”, “Frage 2” and so on.
With the up and down arrows you move the most important questions to the front.
The bin icon deletes a question, for example one of the example questions that does not fit your party.
On your page all the questions are collapsed. Your guests tap a question and see the answer, and several open at once is no problem.
Good to know: If you delete all the questions, your page says “Noch keine Fragen vorhanden” (No questions yet). If you would rather not show an FAQ at all, hide the section through the three-dot menu instead.
What is worth covering here
Think of the questions that usually reach you on WhatsApp: where can we stay overnight? By when do I have to reply? Is there vegetarian food? May I bring someone along? The more concrete your answers, the more relaxed your last few days before the party.
