Naming who your guests can turn to (Kontakt)

How to say who your guests should contact with their questions, with the name, the role, a phone number and an email address.

Written by Max Weber

On your wedding day you do not want your phone in your hand. So in the section "Kontakt" (Contact) you name who is there for questions, your maid of honor or someone from the family for example. Your guests see the name, the role and how to get in touch, and they know right away who they may call.

Setting the heading

Under Abschnitte → Kontakt → "Überschrift" (Sections, then Kontakt, then Heading) you adjust the title (placeholder "Kontakt") and the subtitle (placeholder "Bei Fragen sind wir für euch da...").

Adding contacts

  1. Open the "Ansprechpartner" (contact people) accordion.

  2. Click "Kontakt hinzufügen".

  3. Enter the Name and Rolle (role), for example "Braut" (bride) or "Trauzeugin" (maid of honor).

  4. Telefon and E-Mail are optional. Both become clickable on the page, so your guests can dial straight from their phone.

New entries that are still empty are called "Neuer Kontakt". You delete one with the bin icon in its header.

Extra notes

The "Zusätzliche Informationen" (additional information) accordion has room for anything else that matters, for example: "Am Hochzeitstag erreicht ihr uns nur über unsere Trauzeugen."

Good to know: The section starts with three made up sample contacts, among them "Lisa Müller" with the role "Trauzeugin". Replace or delete them before you publish your page.

Frequently asked questions

Can I upload photos for the contacts?
No, this is only about the name, the role and the contact details. You show photos of your witnesses in the "Trauzeugen" section.

Can I mark a main contact?
There is no separate marker for that. Simply write it into the role, for example "Erste Anlaufstelle am Hochzeitstag".

Are there fields for Instagram or WhatsApp?
Not in this section. You will find an Instagram field with the witnesses.
