Your website always waits for you in the same home. Here you can read how to sign in, how to sign out again and what to do when your password has slipped your mind.
Signing in
Open unsere-einladung.de/login. You can also reach the page with „Anmelden" (sign in) at the top during onboarding and through the links on our pages.
Enter your email address and your password.
After signing in you land in your dashboard. If you wanted to open a particular page before that, your guest list for example, we take you straight there.
If you open a protected area without being signed in, we send you to the sign in page automatically and back again afterwards. If you are already signed in and open the sign in page, you go straight on to the dashboard.
Forgotten password
On the sign in page, click „Vergessen?" (forgotten?) next to the password field.
Enter your email address and click „Link senden" (send link).
The confirmation „E-Mail gesendet" (email sent) appears with a note that a reset link is on its way.
Open the link in your inbox and choose your new password. After that you sign in as usual.
Good to know: If no email arrives, please look in your spam folder first and check that you spelled your address correctly. If you are still signed in, you can also request the link under Einstellungen → Account (settings, account) at „Passwort zurücksetzen" (reset password). It always goes to the address stored in your account.
Signing out
In the dashboard, click your avatar or your name at the top right. In the menu you find „Account", which takes you straight to your account settings, and marked in red „Abmelden" (sign out). After signing out you land back on the sign in page.
Frequently asked questions
My sign in is not accepted.
Check that your email address and password are correct, especially with fields that were filled in automatically. The message below the form tells you in plain words what is wrong. When in doubt, simply set a new password.
I do not have an account yet.
At the bottom of the sign in page, „Kostenlos registrieren" (register for free) takes you to the setup. Your account and your first event website come into being there together.
Is there a sign in with Google or Apple?
No, it always works with your email address and a password.
