First the wedding, next year the big birthday: you can create as many events in your account as you like. So that you never lose track, you always work on exactly one active event, and you switch that with a single click.
Getting to „Meine Events"
In the dashboard, click the heart logo „Unsere Einladung" at the top left of the sidebar. You land on the page „Meine Events" (my events) with all of your celebrations.
Good to know: On your phone there is no separate item for this in the bottom bar. Open the page there directly via www.unsere-einladung.de/meine-events or switch your event on a computer.
Switching the active event
Every event has a card of its own. On it you see at a glance:
the status pill „Veröffentlicht" (published) or „Entwurf" (draft),
the title, the event type and the date,
the web address of your website,
and the numbers for Gäste (guests) and Zusagen (acceptances).
The event you are working on right now has a border and the badge „Aktiv" (active). Click another card and that event becomes active. From then on the overview, the website, the guests, the invitations and the statistics all refer to it. A click on the card that is already active takes you straight to the overview.
Creating another event
On „Meine Events", click the dashed card „Neues Event erstellen" (create new event).
Choose your event type and setup method just like the first time and answer the questions.
Since you are signed in, registration and email confirmation are skipped. At the end you click „Event erstellen" (create event) or „Seite erstellen" (create website) and land in the editor.
The new event automatically becomes the active event. We also send you a confirmation by email about the address you reserved.
What is worth knowing
Every event has its own web address, its own guest list and its own content.
Premium applies per event. So if both websites are to go online, each one needs its own Premium.
There is no upper limit for the number of your events.
Your browser remembers which event is active. On another device a different event may therefore be active.

The dashboard suddenly shows the wrong guests.
Then a different event is active right now. Go to „Meine Events" and click the right card.
Can I turn a wedding into a birthday afterwards?
No, the event type is fixed the moment it is created. Simply create a new event for the other celebration and delete the old one when you no longer need it.
I see „Kein Event gefunden." (no event found)
That appears when there is currently no event in your account, right after deleting one for example. With „Event erstellen" (create event) you set up a new one.
