Once your page is ready for the world to see it, you need Premium. The purchase takes only a few minutes, runs entirely in German and your work is of course kept.
Before you start
Create your event if you have not already. Without an event, the Abo tab (subscription tab) only says „Erstelle zuerst ein Event" (create an event first).
Do you have several events? Then first pick the right one under Meine Events (my events). The purchase always applies only to the event that is currently selected.
If you need a billing address, it is best to enter it beforehand. You will find the card „Rechnungsadresse" (billing address) right in the same tab.
How to buy Premium
Open Einstellungen → Abo (Settings → Subscription) from the sidebar under Verwalten (Manage).
In the card „Dein Abo" (your subscription), have a look at the price and what is included.
Tick „Ich akzeptiere die AGB und Datenschutzerklärung" (I accept the terms and the privacy policy). Only then does the purchase button become active.
Click „Jetzt freischalten für …" (unlock now for …). You will land at our payment partner Stripe.
Enter your payment details and complete the payment. Your invoice is created automatically and the confirmation goes to the email address of your account.
After that you are back in the Abo tab. An overlay welcomes you with „Zahlung erfolgreich!" (payment successful) and the note that you can publish now. 🎉
In the overlay you can carry straight on: „Deine Adresse festlegen" (set your address), „Save the Date oder Einladung veröffentlichen" (publish your Save the Date or invitation) or „Einladungen versenden" (send invitations). With „Schließen" (close) you land back in the settings, where the card now carries the badge „Premium aktiv" (Premium active).
Good to know: Buying does not make your page visible to your guests yet. Afterwards, set your address under Einstellungen → Subdomain (Settings → Subdomain), where your preferred address is often already reserved for you. Then you decide whether your guests see your Save the Date first or your whole invitation right away, and publish it under Webseite (website). How exactly that works is in the article „Deine Seite veröffentlichen" (publishing your page).
Other ways to buy
You do not have to make a special trip to the settings. If you click „Einladung veröffentlichen" (publish invitation) in the editor without having Premium, we save your changes and take you to Einstellungen → Abo. If you have not chosen an address yet, it goes to Einstellungen → Subdomain first. The lock cards on locked pages and the notice bar „Euer Event ist noch nicht freigeschaltet" (your event is not unlocked yet) with the link „Jetzt freischalten" (unlock now) lead straight into the Abo tab too.
Frequently asked questions
I cancelled the payment. Is my page gone?
No, everything is kept. You will only see the note „Zahlung abgebrochen. Du kannst es jederzeit erneut versuchen." (payment cancelled, you can try again at any time) and you can start the purchase again in your own time.
I paid but I do not see Premium yet.
Sometimes the unlock takes a few seconds. Just reload the page. Also check whether the right event is selected at the top.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes, automatically. You will find all your receipts afterwards in the Abo tab in the card „Rechnungen" (invoices).
I have already reserved my preferred address but have not bought yet.
Your preferred address stays reserved for you for 30 days. We will remind you by email before that. Afterwards someone else can take it again.
