Want to know quickly whether everything is running and how long your page stays online? You can see both at a glance in the settings.
In the card „Dein Abo" (Your subscription)
Open Einstellungen → Abo (Settings → Subscription). Depending on where you stand, you'll see one of these states:
No Premium yet: The card shows the price for your event type, what's included and the purchase button. In the dashboard you'll also see the notice bar „Euer Event ist noch nicht freigeschaltet" (Your event isn't unlocked yet).
Premium active: A green badge „Premium aktiv", plus „Gültig bis" (Valid until) with the end date and „Verbleibend" (Remaining) with the days left.
Expiring soon: From 30 days before the end, the yellow warning „Dein Abo läuft bald ab" (Your subscription expires soon) appears.
Expired: The badge „Abgelaufen" (Expired) and a note that your page is offline. All your data is still there.
In the card „Deine Event-Seite" (Your event page)
As soon as your page is live, you'll find under Einstellungen → Subdomain (Settings → Subdomain) the green badge „Online", your clickable link and three tiles: „Online bis" (Online until), „Verbleibend" (Remaining) and „Gekauft am" (Purchased on). If a date is missing on our side, it says „Unbekannt" (Unknown).
Good to know: Premium applies per event, not per account. If you have created several events, first pick the right one under Meine Events (My events). Otherwise you're looking at the status of a different celebration.
Frequently asked questions
I paid but I still see the purchase button.
Give the unlock a few seconds and reload the page. Also check whether the right event is selected.
Premium is active but my page still can't be reached.
Then one last click is missing. Go into the editor and click „Veröffentlichen" (Publish), or use the button „Jetzt veröffentlichen" (Publish now) in the Subdomain tab.
Why is it called „Abo" (subscription) when it isn't one?
The tab carries that name, but nothing renews by itself. You pay once for a year and decide again afterwards.
