Reading your overview in the dashboard

How to make sense of the countdown, the replies and all the cards on your dashboard home page.

Written by Max Weber

Your overview is the page you land on as soon as you log in. In a few seconds it answers exactly the questions on your mind right now: how long is it until the big day, who has already answered and what comes next.

The welcome area with the countdown

Right at the top it says „Willkommen zurück, {Vorname}" (welcome back, first name) and above it your event with its date, for example Hochzeit · 16. Oktober 2026. On the right, the countdown „Tage bis zum Fest" (days until the celebration) is ticking. Just below, „Zusagen noch offen" (replies still open) shows how many guests you have no firm answer from yet. Maybe answers count here too, because they are not a decision yet.

  • „Event bearbeiten" (edit event) takes you straight into the editor. In the first 24 hours after you create your event, the button says „Einladung gestalten" (design your invitation).

  • „Vorschau" (preview) opens your page in a new tab, exactly the way your guests see it.

If the countdown says „Kein Datum" (no date), your date is still missing. Add it under Einstellungen → Allgemein (Settings → General) and the countdown starts running. On your big day itself, the area changes to „Euer Tag!" (your day!).

The „Gäste & RSVP" card (guests and replies)

The ring shows at a glance how your guest list stands: Zugesagt (accepted) in green, Abgesagt (declined) in red and Ausstehend (pending) in gold. Below it, „Letzte Antworten" (latest answers) lists up to three recent replies with a time such as „vor 2 Stunden" (2 hours ago), and right at the bottom the „Ernährungspräferenzen" (dietary preferences) as bars. Only guests who have accepted are counted in the dietary overview. „Alle Gäste ansehen" (view all guests) takes you to your guest list.

As long as nobody is on your list, you will see „Noch keine Gäste hinzugefügt" (no guests added yet) here with the button „Gäste hinzufügen" (add guests).

The „Einladungen" card (invitations)

It shows how far your sending has come („Versendet x von y", so x of y sent) and three tiles: „Versendet" (sent), „Geöffnet" (opened) and „Offen" (outstanding). The basis is your guests with an email address. So „Offen" are the guests with an email address who have not received an invitation yet. „Verwalten" (manage) takes you to the invitations page.

Good to know: In this spot the „Geöffnet" tile counts the replies that have come in, so acceptances and declines, not opened emails. How your emails are doing is shown under Einladungen.

The „Letzte Aktivität" card (latest activity)

A little timeline of your most recent replies runs here, for example „Lena Hofmann hat zugesagt · vor 2 Stunden" (Lena Hofmann has accepted, 2 hours ago). At most three entries appear, and only acceptances and declines. If no reply has come in yet, the card is hidden completely.

On your phone the overview looks different

On your phone, four tiles sit right under the welcome area: „Gäste" (guests), „Zusagen" (acceptances), „Absagen" (declines) and „Aufrufe" (page views). The percentages always refer to your total number of guests. On a computer this strip is missing, because the same figures are already in the welcome area and in the RSVP card. The „Einladungen" and „Letzte Aktivität" cards, on the other hand, only show on a computer.

Frequently asked questions

„Aufrufe" says 0. Is something wrong?
Page views are only counted once your page is published, and you need Premium for that. While you are still designing, the number stays at 0.

The figures do not match my event.
All the values refer to the event you currently have selected. If you have created several events, switch over under Meine Events (My events) and have another look.

Why do maybe answers not count as acceptances?
Because nothing is decided yet. They run along with your open replies so you do not lose sight of them.
