Sometimes it is not about the whole list but about one person: did Aunt Erika even get the invitation? What did she reply? That is why every guest has a page of their own with everything that belongs to them.
How to get there
In Planung → Gäste (Planning → Guests) simply click the name of the guest or choose „Anzeigen" (view) in the three-dot menu. The quick search with ⌘K or Ctrl+K and a click on a card under Rückmeldungen (replies) bring you here as well. You get back through „Zurück zur Gästeliste" (back to the guest list).
What you see there
At the top you find the initials, the name, the group, the household, the date under „Hinzugefügt am" (added on) and the coloured status pill. Below that sit several cards:
Gästeinformation (guest information): email, phone, group, household and the line „Notizen" (notes) with your internal remarks. Only the two of you see those, never your guest.
Begleitung (companion) or Angemeldet mit (signed up with): shows whether a companion is allowed or already signed up, and links between the main guest and the companion. If children have been signed up, they are listed by name right beside it, and the card title mentions them too, for example „Begleitung & Kinder" (companion and children).
Status & Einladung (status and invitation): where the reply stands and whether the invitation is „Versendet" (sent), „Noch nicht gesendet" (not sent yet) or „Keine E-Mail" (no email address), including the date it was sent and opened.
Aktionen (actions): send or resend the invitation, edit the guest, delete the guest. On your phone you will find these buttons at the very bottom of the page.
RSVP-Antworten (RSVP replies): everything your guest filled in in the sign-up form.
Aktivität (activity): the history with date and time.
The activity history
The card „Aktivität" tells this guest's story from the bottom up. These entries can appear:
Guest added to the list
Invitation sent by email
Invitation opened
Reminder sent
RSVP reply received, with the matching status
Good to know: „Einladung geöffnet" (invitation opened) is based on the email being opened. If your guest's email program does not load images, the entry stays empty even though they read your invitation long ago. Nothing to worry about.
Frequently asked questions
I invited someone by WhatsApp and the history stays empty.
That is how it works. Only sending by email creates an entry. So you keep the overview, mark those guests as invited through the three-dot menu.
Can I set the status to „Zugesagt" here?
No, the status always comes from your guests' sign-up form. You can read more about it in the article „Zusagen und Absagen: der RSVP-Status deiner Gäste".
Under „Status & Einladung" it says „Keine E-Mail".
That means there is no address saved for this guest. Add it through „Bearbeiten" (edit) and after that you can send them an invitation.
