You've been given a voucher code and you're looking for the right field? Here's where it sits and why you might not see it at the moment.
Good to know: Our launch offer is running right now. That's why the discount is already in the price (89 € instead of 149 € for a wedding, 39 € instead of 69 € for a birthday) and gets deducted automatically at checkout. While the offer is running there is no voucher field, because the two discounts can't be combined.
How to redeem a code when no offer is running
Start the purchase as usual through Einstellungen → Abo (Settings → Subscription) and the button „Jetzt freischalten für …" (Unlock now for …).
On the payment page you'll find the field for the voucher or promo code.
Enter the code exactly as you received it and confirm it.
The price in the summary updates right away. Then you complete the payment.
Frequently asked questions
My code isn't accepted.
First check whether you copied it character by character, without spaces at the start or the end. If it still doesn't work, the code may have expired. Drop us a line at [email protected] and we'll take a look.
I don't see a field for the code at all.
Then an offer is running and your price is already reduced. Do get in touch with us anyway if your voucher would be cheaper.
Can I redeem a code afterwards?
Sadly not afterwards, a code only works during checkout. But do write to us if you noticed shortly after buying that you had one.
