Every bug report you send us gets a thread of its own. There you can see how your report is doing, read our answer and write straight back. Nothing gets lost in an email inbox.
Opening your reports
On the left under Verwalten (Manage), go to „Was ist neu" (What's new).
Click „Meine Meldungen" (My reports) at the top right. The number in brackets tells you how many there are. The button only appears once you have reported something at least once.
Click a report to open the thread with our team.
It's even quicker through the bell at the top right: the notification „Antwort auf deine Bug-Meldung" (Reply to your bug report) takes you straight into the matching thread with one click.
Understanding the statuses
„Offen" (open): your report is with us, we haven't answered yet.
„Beantwortet" (answered): there's an answer from us waiting for you.
„Geschlossen" (closed): the matter is done from our side.
A dot next to the subject and the addition „· Neue Antwort" (New reply) show you that there's something you haven't read yet.
Replying and adding screenshots later
In the thread you simply keep writing at the bottom, just like in a chat. You can also attach screenshots there later on, for example if we ask you to. With „Aktualisieren" (Refresh) you reload the thread, with „Zurück" (Back) you get back to the list.
Good to know: There's a 10 second wait between two of your own messages. As soon as we've answered, you can write back straight away. In total up to 200 messages fit into one thread, which is plenty even for longer conversations.
Frequently asked questions
My report is closed but the problem is still there.
Simply write in the thread. The note „Diese Meldung wurde geschlossen. Eine neue Antwort öffnet sie wieder." (This report was closed. A new reply opens it again.) says it already: your message brings us back into the conversation.
I don't see the button „Meine Meldungen" (My reports).
Then you haven't reported anything yet. The area only appears with your first report. Until then it says „Du hast noch nichts gemeldet." (You haven't reported anything yet.)
I'm not getting a notification about your answer.
The notification lands in the bell of the event you currently have selected. If you have several events, switch through them once. And do look directly under „Meine Meldungen", the current state is always there.
