Your dashboard is your planning headquarters. So you never have to go hunting, here is a calm tour of where everything lives and how you get anywhere in two seconds.
The navigation on your computer
On the left, all the areas sit in three groups:
Planung (planning): Übersicht (overview), Webseite (website), Gäste (guests), Rückmeldungen (replies) and Einladungen (invitations). This is where everyday planning happens.
Insights: Statistiken (statistics) with all your figures.
Verwalten (manage): Einstellungen (settings), Integrationen (integrations) and Was ist neu (what is new).
Behind „Webseite" you will find everything about your event page: a live preview, your status, your address ready to copy, how long it runs, the password protection and the envelope intro. The editor opens from there with „Bearbeiten" (edit). This menu item used to be called „Editor".
There is a small number on the „Gäste" entry. It shows how many guests have not answered yet. As soon as everyone has replied, it disappears. „Rückmeldungen" deliberately has no number, otherwise the same information would show up twice.
The search
The quickest route goes through the search field at the top of the bar. Click into it or press Strg+K (Ctrl+K), on a Mac ⌘K. Then simply start typing.
Pages: type „Statistiken" or „Rückmeldungen" and press Enter.
Guests: type a name and you land straight in that guest's profile.
Actions: for example „Abo verwalten" (manage subscription), „Account" or „Subdomain ändern" (change subdomain).
The arrow keys move you through the results, and Enter opens the entry you have selected.
On your phone
At the bottom there is a bar with five entries: Übersicht, Webseite, Gäste, Statistiken and Einstellungen. Everything else, so Rückmeldungen, Integrationen and Was ist neu, you reach through the search.
Good to know: You can use the Webseite page on your phone in peace as well, right up to publishing. Only designing in the editor needs room for the preview, and with it a computer. That is why you will find the note there saying that we are happy to email you the link.
Frequently asked questions
Where has the „Editor" menu item gone?
It is called „Webseite" now. One click takes you to the overview of your page, and from there „Bearbeiten" takes you into the editor.
I cannot see the number next to „Gäste".
Then all your guests have already answered. With zero open replies, the number is hidden.
Where do I switch between several events?
Under Meine Events (My events). Almost everything in the dashboard, from the figures to the notifications, refers to the event you currently have selected.
