You're planning something special and shouldn't get stuck on the technical side. If you can't get any further, just get in touch. There are four ways to reach us, and all of them are free, whether you already have Premium or are still designing.
The support chat
At the bottom right there's a round chat bubble: in your dashboard, when you log in and while you're setting up your event. Click it and a small window opens. It briefly explains what happens when you start the chat, because for the chat we load the messenger of our service provider Intercom. With “Chat starten” (start chat), the chat opens and you can write to us directly. If you'd rather not, choose “Lieber per E-Mail” (email instead), and your email app opens.
If you're logged in, we can see straight away which event it's about, so you don't have to explain anything we already know. Your conversation is kept, so you can come back later and carry on reading. Once you've started the chat, your browser remembers it, and on your next visit it's ready straight away.
There's no bubble in the editor for your invitation, so it doesn't get in your way while you design. There, click the question mark at the top right and choose “Support-Chat” (support chat). On a phone or tablet, you'll find “Support-Chat” at the bottom of the editor's card, and on the page for your translations right at the bottom.
If the chat ever doesn't load, for example because an ad blocker is blocking the connection, the window shows you a note and the way to reach us by email. How to change your choice later is explained in the article “Starting the support chat and changing your cookie settings”.
Our help centre
All our guides are at support.unsere-einladung.de. There you can search for a keyword and read at your own pace, without logging in. And if the answer isn't there, you can chat with us right there or send us an email. There are real people behind the messages: Anna, Jonas and Max.
In the dashboard on a computer, the question mark at the top right, just to the left of the bell, takes you straight there. On your phone, tap the menu icon and you'll find “Hilfe-Center” (help centre) right at the bottom. In the editor, “Hilfe-Center” is in the help menu behind the question mark at the top right.
When something isn't working
For real bugs, meaning something doesn't load, doesn't save or looks different from what you expected, it's best to use “Bug melden” (report a bug) under Was ist neu (What's new). There you can attach screenshots and read through the conversation later at your own pace. How exactly that works is explained in the article “Reporting a problem”.
By email
Prefer to write the classic way? Then you can reach us at [email protected]. It's best to write from the address you log in with, so we can find your account right away.
So we can help quickly
Tell us where you were, for example Gäste (Guests), Editor or Einstellungen → Subdomain (Settings → Subdomain).
Briefly describe what you did, what happened and what you expected.
Attach a screenshot if you can. It often saves several follow-up questions.
Give us the address of your page, for example anna-und-max.unsere-einladung.de.
Good to know: We'll never ask for your password. Please don't send it to us in the chat or by email either. We don't need it to help you.
