Reading your statistics: replies and page views

How to see how many guests have answered and how often your event page has been visited.

Written by Max Weber

Under Statistiken (Statistics) you can see in peace how your planning is going: how many guests have already answered and how often your page has been visited. This overview is free and always visible to you.

Choosing a period

At the top right you will find three switches: „7 Tage" (7 days), „30 Tage" (30 days) and „Gesamt" (all time). Seven days is preselected, and „Gesamt" covers the past year. The switch only affects your page views. Your guest, dietary and group numbers always show the current state and do not change with it.

The key figures at the top

Right below sit „Gäste" (guests), „Zusagen" (acceptances), „Absagen" (declines), „Ausstehend" (pending) and „Personen" (people). Acceptances, declines and pending each come with a percentage, in relation to your total number of guests, so you can see your response rate at a glance. Maybe answers deliberately run under „Ausstehend", because a decision is still missing there.

The „Personen" tile does not count entries, it counts people: all the acceptances together with the children named in the replies. That is what the little note „mit Kindern" (including children) below it means. This is exactly the number your venue and your caterer will ask for.

„Seitenaufrufe über Zeit" (page views over time)

The big area chart shows how often your published event page was opened per day. In the header of the card you will find the total, today's views and a trend badge with an arrow and a percentage compared with the previous period. Green with an arrow up means more visits than before, red with an arrow down means fewer. At exactly 0 percent change the badge is hidden.

Good to know: Views are only counted once your page is published. Before that it says „Noch keine Daten vorhanden" (no data yet). And your own visits count too. If you check your page often yourself, the number is a little higher than the real number of guests.

„RSVP-Verteilung" (reply breakdown)

The doughnut next to it divides your guest list into „Zugesagt" (accepted), „Abgesagt" (declined) and „Ausstehend" (pending), each with an absolute number and a share, and below that as a proportional bar. As long as no guests are on your list, it says „Noch keine Gäste" (no guests yet). The percentages only appear from computer screen width, on your phone you see the plain numbers.

When there is nothing there yet

Without guests and without page views, the card „Noch keine Statistiken" (no statistics yet) appears instead of the charts, with a note that your figures start to grow as soon as guests are invited or your page is visited. So add a few guests first, then the page fills up on its own.

Frequently asked questions

My overview shows page views, but the chart stays empty.
The two numbers are collected separately, and the chart takes a little longer. If it stays empty for several days even though your overview shows views, just get in touch with us.

Do the statistics cost extra?
No. The page is freely accessible. Only page views need your page to be online, and for that you need Premium.

Can I see who visited my page?
No. We only count how often your page was opened, never who is behind it. Who has answered is shown in your guest list.
